Overview
In yoga, anatomy, and physiology refer to the knowledge of the structure and function of the body parts as they apply to the practice of yoga. Aishwarya is a young, qualified, certified, and experienced yoga teacher who still keeps a keen interest in learning and exploring Yoga. She has a deep understanding of yoga asana, pranayama & meditation and articulates this knowledge in a clear and easy way for yoga students to understand. Her journey in yoga started in 2011 when she was a participant in the XXII National Yoga Meet. She continued her yoga after achieving a Master's degree in Food and Nutrition. She plans her every class in a very professional manner taking care of all the important things that can help in easy and effective learning of her students. She is not just a good orator but a great listener too & thus addresses the concerns of each student, which encourages and motivates them throughout the course. She has a strong personal practice and is still dedicated to her own continued learning, due to which she is able to notice the subtle differences in each student's body and give guidance that's appropriate for each individual. Along with Yoga, she is a nutritional counselor. With the help of her Yoga & Nutrition dual knowledge and experience, she is looking forward to enlightening more and more people and creating a positive & healthy environment as far as possible.
