The 3-day yoga retreat provides yoga, meditation, ayurvedic massage, and inner healing exercises, in the foothills of the Himalayas. Activities include asana classes, pranayama, meditation sessions, kirtan sessions, traditional ayurvedic massage, visits to popular retreat spots, and other wellness activities.
