Overview
The 200-hour Meditation & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training is a meditation-based program designed to offer individuals the knowledge and skills needed to become certified meditation & yoga teachers. Upon completing this 200-hour meditation TTC, participants will typically receive a certification, allowing them to teach meditation to others professionally. Students can choose to incorporate meditation teaching into their existing professions, such as yoga instructors, therapists, counselors, or educators, or start their meditation teaching practice.
During this 200-hour Meditation and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training in India, you will learn how to follow a yogic routine. Your daily schedule will include a carefully designed combination of meditation, yoga asana practice, yoga nidra, and other theoretical lessons. Over the past few years, we have graduated many students to become successful yoga teachers around the globe. Exam & Certification
This meditation certification course will be assessed by a practical exam, theoretical exam, written assessment, classroom participation, and observation during the class. We will conduct an exam at the end of the training session that will examine teaching practices and your meditation knowledge. Applicants will be required to meet certain marks to clear the exam. 90% attendance and participation in activities are required for the certificate.
You will get an RYT 200 certificate from our yoga school that you can use to register with Yoga Alliance and become a certified meditation teacher. You can simply visit the Yoga Alliance website and register yourself as a certified meditation teacher to teach meditation worldwide.

Guide to Travelling to India
You would need a tourist Visa or an e-Visa to do the yoga course in India. You can get the visa for a duration ranging from 30 to 180 days depending on the visa you are applying for.
- Firstly, you have to book a flight to New Delhi Aiport - Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). You can book a domestic flight to Dehradun Airport (DED) from Delhi. From Dehradun Aiport, we offer a free taxi pickup service for our students.
- We do offer pickup from New Delhi - Indira Gandhi International Airport with an additional charge of 80 USD
Weather conditions are as follows in Rishikesh, India
- October to February: Winter Season with December and January being the coldest months
- March to June: Summer season with May and June being the hottest months
- July to September: Rainy season
You should bring your clothes and daily essentials. For yoga classes, it is advised to bring yoga clothes. Apart from this, all other things required for the course will be provided by us.
Our yoga school in Rishikesh is located in a peaceful area near the main city. The daily needs, clothes, cafes, restaurants, and currency exchange centers are all available at a walking distance of 10 minutes.
Currency exchange centers are available at the Airport or on the streets nearby our school.
In India, we only use C, D, and M types of plugs.
You can buy an Indian sim from the market or airport with the help of your Passport and ID.
