Overview
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga. In this course, you will learn about the Ashtanga Sun Salutation, with standing and sitting postures and finishing sequences. In Ashtanga every movement is connected with breath resulting in a flow.
Although Ashtanga Vinyasa can be physically taxing due to its dynamic nature, our highly experienced teachers have made it easy for the students to follow the class. One can learn yoga at their own pace from the comfort of their home.
