Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga. In this course, you will learn about the Ashtanga Sun Salutation, with standing and sitting postures and finishing sequences. In Ashtanga every movement is connected with breath resulting in a flow.

Although Ashtanga Vinyasa can be physically taxing due to its dynamic nature, our highly experienced teachers have made it easy for the students to follow the class. One can learn yoga at their own pace from the comfort of their home. With a strong background in yogic science and a 500-hour yoga TTC certification from Yoga Alliance U.S.A., he has been actively involved in teaching yoga teachers since 2015. His commitment to the art of yoga has led him to train over 1000 teachers in India and abroad, with a significant hold on Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. Additionally, he also taught in many countries abroad. He is also one of the most flexible and favorite teachers of our students over the period of time. His extensive experience, coupled with his academic qualifications, reflects his dedication to promoting the principles and practice of yoga on a global scale.
