What Is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on awakening the enormous spiritual energy present within the body at the base of our spine, known as Kundalini energy. It includes a repetitive series of asana (yoga postures) along with breathwork, chanting, meditation, and specific sequences called kriyas. In Kundalini meditation, we use a variety of methods, such as deep breathing, mudras, mantras, and physical motions, to try to activate this energy and reach enlightenment. These exercises awaken latent energy in your body and move it through your chakras (energy centers) in an upward direction until it reaches the seventh (crown) chakra, which is located in your head, where it will be released. This encourages inner harmony, spiritual awakening, and enlightenment.

What Is The Definition Of Kundalini?
The divine feminine force known as shakti, goddess energy, and even serpent energy is referred to as kundalini. It is the universe's creative power and energy according to Hindu and yogic philosophy. One of the goals of yoga practice is to awaken the kundalini energy, which is said to remain asleep at the base of the spine in many yoga traditions.
How To Awaken Kundalini Or Chakras?
Many techniques, including asanas, breathing exercises, pranayama, mantra chanting, and meditation help you to activate kundalini energy. Once awakened, kundalini energy is said to ascend the spinal column, activating each of the seven major chakras en route. In the end, the yogi's awakened kundalini energy aids in attaining enlightenment.
What Are The Benefits Of Kundalini?
Kundalini helps you to calm your body and mind, improves your memory, eases stress, reduces anxiety, boosts self-appreciation, and improves cognitive functioning. Kundalini kriyas improve motion range and tone your muscles. On the other hand, breathing techniques increase lung capacity.
